The Bansatgar program at SCIEKORE is designed to cultivate future entrepreneurs and innovators through comprehensive training, mentorship, and practical experience. Our goal is to equip members with the necessary skills to succeed in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.
Key Features of the Bansatgar Program
Bansatgar Training Program
The Bansatgar training is unique from online classes or self-paced learning. Each trainee is provided with a software account in the SCIEKORE reporting system, where tasks are assigned and activities are tracked. The program involves:
- Instructor-led classes on specialized topics not covered by self-paced learning.
- Participation in sessions, workshops, and presentations by other SCIEKORE members.
- Learning by practice through presentations, workshops, and skill testing.
Training is focused on three core areas:
- English and Communication Skills
- ABC of Entrepreneurship, Earning, and Self-Management Skills
- Primary Skills Training (e.g., Web Development, Python Development, Machine Learning, AI)
Monthly Evaluation and Scoring
Bansatgar trainees are evaluated monthly through three tests:
- English Test
- ABC of Entrepreneurship, Earning, and Self-Management Skills Test
- Primary Skills Test
Performance is categorized as follows:
- Score < 60: "Worst" category
- Score 60-69: "Bad" category
- Score 70-74: "Normal" category
- Score 75-84: "Good" category
- Score 85-89: "Best" category
- Score 90+: "Excellent" category
