AIPSCOM Convergence Laboratory research is based on four research and development areas: Soft Computing, Blockchain, AI, and IoT.

Blockchain​

Blockchain is a decentralized, distributed ledger technology that enables secure and transparent record-keeping of digital transactions. In a blockchain, each transaction is recorded in a block that is linked to the previous block, forming a chain of blocks. The blocks are validated and added to the chain by a network of nodes or computers, which are incentivized to do so by the underlying blockchain protocol.

One of the key features of blockchain technology is its security, achieved through cryptography and the distributed nature of the network. Once a block has been added to the chain, it is extremely difficult to modify or delete the data within it, making the blockchain resistant to tampering or hacking. This makes blockchain a useful tool for applications that require trust, such as financial transactions or supply chain management.

AI and Machine Learning ​

Machine learning is a subset of AI that involves the use of statistical algorithms and mathematical models to enable computers to learn from data and make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed.
